Rates
All price are in US Dollars and include taxes.

Check in/out
In, anytime after 10 am, Out at 11.00 am.
We are able to accommodate your bags after 11.00 checkout and have rest room facilities available for your comfort.

Transportation
We are happy to arrange for airport transfers.

Reservation Policy

  • Exclusively Adult oriented.
  • A minimum 2 nights stay is required.
  • Although there are two mid size dogs on site , no pets allowed.
  • Positively no smoking allowed.
  • No reservation is guaranteed without a deposit.
  • Balance due before check-out is payable in cash at Casa Don Pascual.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received not later than 30 days prior to your arrival will allow a refund of your deposit less handling and credit card charges, min. of $25 USD. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival shall only be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room (s). Handling and credit card charges shall be deducted in case of refund.

Holiday Seasons, Group and long stay bookings
Full payment for any room (s) is required not less than 30 days in advance. Due to very high demand, room reservation payments in high season, for groups and long stays are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Disclaimer
Casa Don Pascual features a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is no lifeguard on duty. Our rooms offer personal safes for your security. Casa Don Pascual shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or any other.

There are no exceptions to these policies.
