In, anytime after 2 pm, Out at 11 am.
We are able to accommodate your bags after 11.00 checkout and have rest room facilities available for your comfort.
Reservation Policy
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
- Casa Don Pascual is an exclusively ADULT oriented Boutique Hotel.
- Although there are two mid size dogs on site , no pets allowed.
- Positively no smoking allowed.
- No reservation is guaranteed without a deposit.
- Balance due before check-out is payable in cash.
- Credit card payments subject to 3% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy (for Holiday Seasons, Groups and long stay bookings, refer below)

| 1- Not less than 30 days prior to arrival: | ||
| a) Deposit will be refunded less a handling and credit card charge of 10 %. | ||
| 2- Less than 30 days prior to arrival and reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival: | ||
| a) Reservations for 3 nights you will forfeit 3 full nights. | ||
| b) Reservations for more than 3 nights you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. | ||
Holiday Seasons, Group and long stay bookings
Full payment for any room(s) is required not less than 60 days in advance. During Day of the Dead, Christmas/New Years, Easter, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Due to very high demand, room reservation payments in holiday season, for groups and long stays are NON REFUNDABLE.

Casa Don Pascual features a large swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Our rooms offer personal safes for your security. Casa Don Pascual shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or any other.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
